These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the process of inquiring about and booking a stay at Villa Azure Oasis, Krčka ulica 61, 51521 Punat, Island of Krk, Croatia. 1. Inquiries and Availability
Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. Availability and final pricing will be confirmed directly by us via email or phone following your inquiry.
2. Booking Confirmation and Payment
A booking is only considered confirmed once both parties have agreed on the dates, total price, and payment terms in writing, and any required deposit has been received. Specific payment terms, cancellation conditions and deposit amounts will be communicated to you individually at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations
Cancellation terms will be agreed upon and confirmed in writing at the time of booking, as these may vary depending on season and length of stay. Please refer to your individual booking confirmation for the applicable cancellation policy.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat the villa, its furnishings and surrounding property with care, and to respect the property's maximum occupancy and any house rules communicated at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Specific check-in and check-out times will be confirmed with your booking. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
6. General Use of the Website
These general terms apply to this website and any of our other websites or mobile applications that link to these Terms (individually a "Website" and together the "Websites"), whether accessed by computer, mobile device or other technology. Villa Azure Oasis and TERA PROJEKT d.o.o. are not liable for any loss, injury or damage (including, without limitation, special or consequential damage) resulting from the use or inability to use any part of this website or from a stay at the villa, except where such liability arises from our negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable Croatian law. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee its completeness or accuracy. Guests are encouraged to arrange their own travel insurance.
12. Right to Modify Content
We reserve the right to modify the content of the Websites in any way, at any time and for any reason, and will not be liable for any consequences resulting from such changes. We respect the privacy of visitors to our website and will only collect personal data through voluntary registration, such as name, address, personal identification number (OIB), mobile phone number, telephone number or email address. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any legal dispute arising from the use of the Websites, or from a booking or stay, falls under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract. By using this website, you agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms, or their enforcement, is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Zagreb.
